I have a Mac up-to-date. When I click the link to download nothing happens. I managed to download Tux Paint itself to another site, but for additional stamps (I) is important, I could not downloaden. If anyone encountered the same problem or knows how to help, please do so. Thank you.

I'm no expert, so this is just a thought aloud. If you Tux Paint from a site that is not the official site, may have downloaded the file has been damaged, or somehow damaged. What could prevent the download of postage stamps. I suggest you uninstall and reinstall Tux Paint from the official website.
