Extreme Balance Board Has The Internet Made People's Opinions More Extreme?

Has the internet made people's opinions more extreme? - extreme balance board

There is no middle ground in the forum or chat - black and white is pure hatred and love. With the extreme positions is usually extreme emotion, does not help, cool and balanced advice.

It was this before or after the "hate radio" and "propaganda radio? Internet is the vitriol and invective 100 times, not the media come first?

Anyone?

Hate radio around way longer than the Internet. (Father Coughlin of the Great Depression comes to mind.) Tender and brochures and publications for hundreds of years. (Read some of the things) Martin Luther against the pope since the 16th century.

Do not think the Internet is something new in this hot, nasty, partisan journalism and freedom of expression. It is really more a return to things as they were before the era of the 50s with the word "knowledge" of the station to say that anyone who is which.

The Internet has helped to restore the power of the press for ordinary people, not just a couple of news outlets run by the elite and rich. This means that inevitably more emotionally charged debate and opinion, as not all decreases in line behind the official leaders of the press.

It would be nice to see more people use the argument instead of personal attacks prior to their arguments. I think part of the reason why so uncomfortable on the internet because of its YearNymous.

Your question implies a liberal bias. Many people have strong opinions on many subjects, and absolute.

Take for example gay marriage. Most homosexuals are immutable does not think that should happen. It is not hate - just some people to rationalize the disagreement over hatred (or in this case) homophobia.

People are even more extreme in their views, because it is an anonymous forum needs. You do not get the same answers from someone I spoke with them face to face.
