What excercise can I do with osteoarthritis in hips and lower back, also in the neck to tone up? - osteoarthritis more condition_symptoms

I have arthritis in the hip, lower back and even cervical spondolosis. I'm seeing in a lot of painkillers and the fact that an orthopedic surgeon for my hips. Analgesics do not take any pain. But I had Alway on all legs. Now, do nothing and are satisfied with my inner thighs are not as weakened as they were. I also need a bit of my stomach.

Swimming is very good for all muscles, and many with osteoarthritis, it is worse are not loaded, not to the symptoms.

U shud take lessons physiotherpist.

Eating well, but only when hungry and not more than three times per day. Contains a lot of raw vegetables and fruit at each meal, preferably 50%. Other foods ur satisfaction, chewing each mouthful at least 32 times accessed. This also allows the UR body signals of hunger or satiety to generate. Follow the signals. Not fast food or hunger.

Nothing but water in between.

No specific mention diet, you are by name or program helps you take them permanently. Diet pills are chemicals and per se bad and shud avoided unless the paper considers it necessary to examine the state of UR.

Do light exercises and brisk walking of 30 min.regularly preferably on an empty stomach and twice a day. Do not overdo it.

Swimming, but not in a bowl with cold water. Do you feel when they are relaxed and your body.
